A Microcosm of Life

 

Walking along wheat fields

Golden grain ready for harvest

Plump heads of healthy wheat

Bowing in the wind

It gives a vision of waves

 

Planted in the late winter

While the ground is cool

The seeds rest for a time

Preparing to germinate

 

Some sunshine and rain

Warmer weather, too

The seed begins to grow

Until the field is full of green

 

I marvel at this simple process

The growing cycle of the earth

Production of food

A blessing to all creatures

 

Not only is the grain grown

There is also a habitat for small creatures

Which also become food for prairie hawks

Or a coyote or two

 

A microcosm of life

For God’s creatures

It is a wondrous thing

He thought of provision for all his creation

 

Thank you, Father, for all this

You have given us so much

You’ve blessed us beyond measure

I bow down like the wheat, in awe of you

 

 

A New Beginning

 

Calling out

Voices unrecognized

Listen

A rhythm

A beat

Heartbeat

 

Deep in the core

A groaning

A yearning

Vocalizing

A need

To be heard

 

Listen

Be still

The Earth is speaking

Continually vocalizing

Its need

Its desire

 

A mediator

Between Earth and the Sons

Reconciliation

Restoration

Partnering

A new beginning

Here is Where I Am

 

Come into My rest

Sit before Me

Be enveloped in My Glory

 

Breathe in My presence

Exhale out the Glory in you

Breathe Me in and breathe Me out

 

You are fearfully and wonderfully made

I created you in My image

Not a reflection, but a part of Me

 

Be still, my child

Know that I am your God

All cares of this world are not yours to take on

 

The road may seem to twist and turn

Cares may want to jump in your way

Please keep your eyes and focus on Me

 

Your journey road has been anointed

By the Blood of Jesus

Take each step on it with purpose

 

Remember: I am your hiding place

You are safe under My wings

A shelter that is always with you

 

Walk amongst the trees and meadows

Become one with this earth

Be still in it; here is where I Am

I Am Healed

 

Deep into the earth

A beat, a rhythm I hear

Engaging with that beat

My body vibrates

 

I have redeemed this element

By the blood of Jesus

As I engage the vibration

It becomes stronger

 

Light or energy appears

I take it into my hands

Forming a ball

Inside me, it goes

 

Every cell in my body vibrates

My skin tingles

As I declare healing

Throughout my body

 

I am a peace

As the energy flows

Sensing a shift

I let it go

 

Energy bursts out of my body

Cleansing, refreshing

I declare: It is finished

I am healed

 

Now, to watch and wait

See what this has done

I am a son of God

I Am Healed

 

Bow Before the Eternal One

 

“God’s splendor is a tale that is told;

 his testament is written in the stars.

Space itself speaks his story every day

 through the marvels of the heavens.

His truth is on tour in the starry sky,

 Showing his skill in creation craftmanship.”

I sit within this great expanse

The firmament of God’s creation

Entranced by the stars and planets

A cosmos that God has created

 

In stillness within myself

A portal opens before me

Swirling, spinning energy

Colors intertwining

 

I take a step into this portal

Peace fills me and surrounds me

Swirling colors pull me in

Swoosh! I am in a different dimension

 

A gateway opens; I walk through

Into this ethereal place of light and color

My eyes take time to adjust

Slowly I begin to see; such beauty

 

A Being greets me and is my guide

We communicate by telepathy

He bids me follow him

Answers will come

 

This place that I am in

The opulence is overwhelming

I have not seen such before

Light so bright and vivid colors

 

Upon a throne, I see the Lord

His glory radiates out

I fall to my knees

I bow before the eternal one

 

I cannot move

My whole being is stone-like

I hear a voice

It rumbles through my core

 

Welcome, my daughter

You have come where most will not

Learn from my Seven Spirits

They are your tutors

 

I begin to stand

My whole body is heavy

The Being helps me to my feet

I acknowledge the offer and am grateful

 

 

A Psalm of the Earth

 

Let the people lift their heads in praise

Sing for our God is good

Dance for our God is full of joy

Speak the wonders of who He is

 

The Earth and its inhabitants sing praise

The trees of the field clap their hands

The rocks sing out their praise

Deep within the core, a song bursts forth

 

Though chaos may seem in abundance on Earth

Heaven’s joy abounds and calls to all

Listen for the call of Joy

Engage it; entrain with it

 

Walk in your life as a son of God

Live out your sonship

Love those around you, as our Father does

Speak out kind words of encouragement

 

Take time to sit in stillness before God

Rest your soul in His presence

Refresh your spirit in silence

No rushing; no scurring; just peace

 

The Earth speaks

Sons of God, if you do not speak out

All of Earth must respond

Even the rocks will voice their praise

 

Sons of God, raise your voices as one

Praise and glory to the Son

Dance and sing the Lord’s praises

Continue to speak out all His mighty works

 

 

A Psalm of Praise

 I praise you, oh God

Your mercy is new each day

Your wonderous works

Are shown throughout the universe

 

How marvelous is your creative hand!

Forming flora and fauna

Waters upon the earth

Fish in the sea and animals upon the land

 

Your breath makes the winds blow

Strong with such power

Gentle and calming

Breathing life into all creation

 

Oh, the wonderous works I see

Its beauty surrounds me

Scents and fragrances of

Jasmine rose, and spices fill the air

 

Sons of God

Observe all the Father has created by His hand

You are part of this

Made in His image

 

To steward and regn

This earth God created

Partnering once again as Adam

In developing and bringing it into being

 

I stand and marvel at this creation

All the works you have made

From the earth to the heavens

How great are you, oh God

 

 

My Happy Place

 

Tumbling down a waterfall

Cool and refreshing

Fun and splashing

 

Jumping off rocks

Into the water

Sunshine spilling over me

 

Sitting on a large rock

Sunbathing

Basking in the sun’s warm breath

 

Listening to God’s creation

Little creatures talking

The river flows swiftly

 

This is my happy place

A retreat of retreats

Sitting in stillness amongst creation

 

Whether my life is in chaos

Or chaos is swirling around me

I can go anytime to my Happy Place

 

I am in rest and communion

God’s peace, joy, and love

His glory surrounds me here

 

We, as sons of God, are called

To live in a world filled with drama

Yet, learn not to engage it and be still

 

I am ever learning all of this

A slow process, to be sure

But I practice more each day

 

I live in my Happy Place

My responses aren’t emotional

I do not engage the emotions

 

My filters have changed

More objective in my responses

Because I live in My Happy Place

Playing in the VOID

 Into the Void once again

A habit I love

To rest and be still

Refresh and be

 

My senses heightened

Touch, sight, smell, taste, hearing

Being in this place

Allows me more clarity

 

My spirit seems to go about on its own

While my body sits in stillness

My spirit-man turns and looks around

Yup, there’s my sitting body

 

I move around – so light without my body

Freedom from all entanglements

Flowing and observing

My feet don’t touch the ground

 

I stop and bring my hands within inches

Forming a ball of energy

I play with this energy ball

A thought comes to making something

 

Shaping it

Expanding it

Molding this energy

Wondering if this was how Adam created

 

I call out colors

They are in the shape of what I form

I call out a name – ‘candy cane.’

In my hand, a candy cane appears

This is quite fun!

I try again

I call out ‘hot cocoa in a mug.’

Now I have something to drink and eat

 

I feel like a small child

Learning and getting confirmed

I guess, as a son of God

This is what I’m to do

 

Engaging Water

 Seeing the blood of Jesus

Dropped into the water

I step into the water to engage

 

Coolness flows over my being

A peaceful stillness is here

A portal opens – I step in

 

Speeding through space and time

Colors – mostly golden, silver, and blue

Swirl around me, pushing me through

 

Then PLOP! I am on a large river

Floating along buoyantly

Peace is here

 

My body doesn’t feel rocks

Though rocks are in the flowing water

I feel like I’m on a cloud

 

Birds and other wildlife I hear

Singing to me as I go

Such beauty in their song

 

I revel in this peace

Though in the world, there is chaos

Water balances me and realigns me

 

The frequencies of water

Soothe the soul as I engage

A depth of healing so real

 

Angelic beings are here as well

They seem to be waiting for me

I have an assignment for them

 

Once I give them their assignment

Off they go in a flash

To execute this assignment

 

Only in a place of rest

Can I command these great beings

Here, as a song of God, with no polarities

 

 

Downside Up Place

 Traveling in the cosmos

Darkness all around

Yet, there is light flickering

Stars twinkling; a cosmic breeze

Such stillness

 

A portal opens before me

Colors and a movement inside

It beckons me to come

Music of sorts – or frequency sounds

Ethereal and beautiful

 

Into a different reality, I go

Through this portal that calls

Faster and faster I travel

Swirling colors past me

I feel like I’m on a circus ride

 

In the end, I come out into

A dimension that is unlike what I know

An upside-down universe

Mirror-image of the other

Like looking at a tree in perfectly still water

 

I stop for a bit and think

If I want to be right-side up, I can be

So, I close my eyes and picture it

I feel my body turning and moving

Now, in this place, I’m downside up

 

With my senses heightened

I sense all the frequencies and vibrations

Smelling fragrances I cannot describe

Still, I hear that sound calling me

It is beckoning me – come closer

 

Walking on in this downside up place

There are rocks, grass, and trees

Flora and fauna seem similar

Colors appear more vibrant

The creation itself communicates

 

There is a conversation going on

I hear it in my head

Yes, I understand this communication

It seems to translate immediately

“Welcome; we’re glad you’re here.”

 

I marvel at this beautiful place

Where all creation can speak and be understood

There is no misconstrued communication

I understand. I feel. I’m ecstatic!

“Stay and Learn,” I hear them say.

 

Here is the teaching ground

To learn, grow, and experience

Growing into a son of God

As I stay, learn, and mature

The Cosmic Song

 

In my place of stillness

Darkness surrounds me

Not a place of worry or strife

A place of pure peace

 

A gong in the distance

Somewhere – out there

It calls to me

“Come”

 

In the great expanse

Most think it is so quiet

In some respects, it is

But there is a song that beckons

 

I see a nebula – so beautiful

Stars, planets, and moons

All of these were created here

A song they sing in symphony

 

There is music so different

Ethereal and mesmerizing

Drawing me in to experience

The Cosmos’ song

 

“Awaken, sons of God!

Come to us once again

We praise our Creator

Hallelujah to His majesty.”

 

Drawn into the song

Such pure praise; I am undone

My spirit is lifted higher

My soul is at peace

A Psalm of Praise

 “Bless the Lord and praise Him

       With your entire being!

Allow all his works throughout the earth

       Wherever his dominion stretches

Let everything bless the Lord.” Psalm 103:22

 

When I consider all that God has created;

Just pondering everything he has made,

I am overwhelmed emotionally

 

Consider the earth and how it provides for us

From the lakes, streams, and oceans

Fish, whales, deer, bison, cows, and chickens

His provision is in abundance

 

Look at the gardens and fields of golden wheat

Salads and bread come from these

Nurturing our bodies

Keeping us healthy

 

Observe the flowers in the fields and gardens

Their beauty cannot be contained

The colors are reflections of heaven

Given to mankind to enjoy

 

Step out of any self-pity and look around you

Marvel at the existence of this majestic beauty

God has provided for his creation

Engage it. Live in it. Appreciate it.

 

“So, bless the Lord YHWH

       Who lives in Jerusalem

       And dwells in Zion’s glory

Hallelujah, and praise the Lord!”  Psalm 135:21

God created all this for our pleasure

The sons of God as they step out in sonship

We do not have to be afraid of the elements

But, partnering with them because

We are one with the Father’s heart
